Composition

1st layer: Highly elastic load-bearing layer applied on site with a special finisher, with thickness of approx. 30 - 90 mm. It consists of polyurethane bonding agent and granulate of recycled rubber.
2nd layer: Coloured elastic covering layer, applied on the first layer by a special finisher, with thickness of approx. 10 – 15 mm. It consists of polyurethane bonding agent and granulate of EPDM rubber.

Requirements

Corrugated or absolutely flat areas and many other possibilities of use.

Application

For the sub-base there is prepared (mixed) a mixture of granulate, fraction 1 - 4 mm, and polyurethane bonding agent. The mixture is applied in front of finisher that performs the surface installation. The same procedure repeats in the second step, but EPDM granulate is used. Creative colour design, variable surface modelling.

Floor characteristics

The resulting surface is permanently elastic, resistant to weather influences, easy to be maintained. Colour design standard: brick red, green (optionally even other colours). The surface is water permeable. It is resistant to standard shoes. The impact areas reduce consequences of falls and protect children from injuries. It meets requirements of the standard DIN EN 1177. Permeability including sub-base: approx. 130 l / 1 hour.
